Some background story for one of my favorite couple:

Hazael and Xenya had known eachother for ages and even lived under the very same roof for years, but never shared a relationship more than friendship till one evening, when Xenya took a simple kiss a little too far.
A small panic ensured the following morning, for Xenya thought she had no right to mess around her Mother's protege and was surely going to get fired, when Hazael pondered if he was going to loose his head for sleeping with a Goddesse's daughter. Not nearly as worried as Xenya, but still.
So there was a prief meeting with Goddess Miss Big Missy, who so kindly assured that she didn't really care about the result, for Hazael and Xenya were both grown people and quite capable making these decisions on their own. So instead of any more ruckus, they could just keep this for themselfes.

Afterwards Hazael and Xenya decided to go on a walk together, neither one really implying that maybe they should talk about what happened last night. So without any words they just walked together, feeling suddenly so calm and yet a little warm inside, like nothing really mattered but this moment.
And when Xenya reached out her hand to hold on to Hazael's, they were both smiling a little wider.
